Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Remindown: Countdown & Widgets (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and App data
• All activities that occur through your use of the App
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
• The accuracy of information you input into the App
• Backing up your countdown data if desired

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:

• Payment: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policy
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing for in-app purchases with advance notice
• Access: Purchased features remain accessible as long as your purchase or subscription is active

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• RevenueCat: For in-app purchase and subscription management
• Firebase Analytics: For usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics: For crash reporting and app stability

These services have their own terms and conditions, and your use of the App also constitutes your agreement to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Damages relating to any third-party services or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice
• Update these Terms from time to time
• Require you to accept updated Terms to continue using the App

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction].

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
